No accountability for Breonna's death is "EXTREME INDIFFERENCE TO THE VALUE OF HUMAN LIFE." As a Black woman in America, Breonna's life was endangered. She died as a result. The charge given considered every bullet that didn't kill Breonna. The statute reprimands the charged for the extreme indifference to the value of human life. Breonna was shot at least eight times during a no-knock search. The officers involved filed a report that listed Taylor's injuries as "none." Breonna lay untouched for 20 minutes after being shot. No officers were held accountable. The nonlethal injuries to the wall, however, entered into the neighbor's house leading to 3 counts of Wanton Endangerment, fully ignoring the Wanton Extinction of an unintended target.
